Prohibited Usage Policy

Strictly Prohibited Use

The following activities are not permitted on Moklav Japan infrastructure, networks, or related services.

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, open relays, or abusive email activity.
• Malware distribution, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control systems, or exploit hosting.
• Phishing, social engineering, credential theft, financial fraud, or impersonation.
• Illegal content, unlawful marketplaces, fraud platforms, or activity prohibited by applicable law.
• DDoS activity, network attacks, port scanning abuse, unauthorized vulnerability testing, or intrusion attempts.
• Copyright infringement, piracy, unauthorized streaming, or protected content distribution without rights.
• Public proxy abuse, traffic laundering, resource abuse, or workloads that damage platform reputation or stability.

Investigation and Action

Moklav Japan may investigate reports, review operational logs, request remediation, block traffic, suspend services, terminate accounts, or preserve relevant records where required for security, compliance, or abuse handling.

No Refund for Abuse

Services suspended or terminated for prohibited usage, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity are generally not eligible for refund or service credit.
